User Data Deletion (Buzz Webs)

Buzz Webs International (“Buzz Webs,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy and provides a way for you to request deletion of personal data we may hold about you.

Who can request deletion

You may request deletion if you:

  • Submitted information through our website forms (contact, quotes, applications, audits, etc.)

  • Subscribed to email/SMS communications

  • Became a lead or customer through our marketing campaigns

  • Used any Buzz Webs client portal or services that require account access (if applicable)

What data we may delete

Depending on your relationship with Buzz Webs, your deletion request may include removal of:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number, company)

  • Messages and form submissions

  • CRM records related to your inquiry

  • Marketing communication preferences and subscription data

  • Project communications or support history (if applicable)

What we may keep (exceptions)

We may retain certain information when required for:

  • Legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations

  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection

  • Exercising or defending legal claims

  • Completing ongoing contracts or resolving open support matters

When we retain data, we limit it to what is necessary and keep it only for the required period.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, use one of the methods below:

1) Email (recommended)
Send an email to: privacy@buzzwebs.net
Subject line: Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address and/or phone number you used with Buzz Webs

  • A brief description of your relationship with us (e.g., “submitted a contact form,” “client,” “newsletter subscriber”)

  • The specific data you want deleted (optional)

2) Web form (if you prefer)
If available, submit a request through our contact form and include:
“Data Deletion Request” in the message.

Identity verification

To protect your information, we may request additional details to verify you are the owner of the data (for example, confirming access to the email address used). We do this to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Processing time

We typically respond within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you once deletion is completed (or if we must retain certain data under the exceptions above).

Third-party services

Buzz Webs may use trusted third-party providers (for example: analytics, advertising platforms, CRM/email tools, hosting). If your data exists in those systems as part of our operations, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it there as well, where feasible and consistent with their tools and legal requirements.
